I have this checked and it’s not working. People are scoring without leaving a comment. Anybody else noticing?

Please advise.

Seems to be working from my end. I tried through both desktop and mobile, and it wouldn't record a score without a comment. Double checked my scoring history to make sure, and the aborted vote attempts aren't registering there.

Good Will ---|--- Three Alarm <= Both almost famous, give them a read and get them one step closer!

I have had a few who low scored, leaving "." as a comment, which is enough to qualify. On my laptop, the period alone is hardly visible, looking like no comment at all.

Its working well for me.

Edit:took another screenshot and same pop-up showed.

Have you tried unchecking that option, updating and then checking again?

I just tested the first 4 stories in the list on your page and everyone asked for a comment.

I’ll try that.

In fact, would the Lush software accept hitting SPACE a few times as a comment? Something worth testing. But in this case, there should still be a comment, albeit a blank one. Mysteria is saying she was getting scores with no comment.

I am not sure how you would defend against this sort of non-comment comment, though, short of Gav setting a minimum length for the string and not allowing comments that only contain spaces or punctuation with no letters. And someone would probably still find a way.

Thank you Scott.

Since adding scoring back I just get bombed all day. I had scoring off for years but decided to put back on. I just figured if they had to comment the “trolling” would stop.

Most of the time there is a comment and a score but as of late just scores. No big deal.

Did you turn the comment required off? I didn't get one when I scored a story just now.
