I have removed it for you.
When spammers get reported via the contact page we delete their accounts. When we do, all of their comments, scores, etc disappear with them.

I am hit hard lately too ... different users with the same website link. I just use the "Contact Us" link and report abuse, leaving the user's name. Very annoying!!

I just got spammed on three of my stories too. I reported the user profiles but of course I can’t think of them at the moment! I would appreciate a deletion of their messages too!

Yes! LOL, I keep getting email notifications and thinking I'm getting actual comments from members on my new story and it's just spam. Ah well, I'm sure it's even more annoying for all y'all who have to keep eliminating the spammers. I will just keep hitting remove!!

Testing The Waters.
Just got hit too. What I do is click from the comment to their profile, and report the profile via the link at the top, entering comment spammer/forum spammer/PM spammer/etc. as the reason for reporting.
There's no real way to stop them. No matter what measures you put in place, they'll find a way around them. One thing that might frustrate some of the less sophisticated ones would be to block any comment containing "http", "https", "www", or ".com" There's not much reason to having anything resembling a URL in a story comment, so it's unlikely to have any effect on legitimate users.
