When you say 'posted media' do you mean the content of your media centre on your profile?

I'm closing my account soon and was hoping to be able to easily download All my posted pics onto my pc before I did. Thanks so much!!

I am assuming you no longer have the media on your device given it has to be uploaded from there to your media centre on your profile. That being the case there is no easy way and it would be a case of using your browser 'Save' function for each photo.
Perhaps you could identify just a few favourites, locate them on the internet and download from there.
