E-mail Notifications have stopped

Hi On or around the 19th Feb 2021 was the last time I receved an e-mail notification from LUSH.

I have checked my profile https://www.lushstories.com/membership/update-details.aspx?s=privacy settings and there still show:

Any idea why its not working?

All my other non Lush e-mails are still working ok, it's just the Lush notifications that appear to have stopped sad

Have you checked your junk mail. It is possible that the lush email are ending up there

Thanks, farmerroger! You sloved the problem, it appeares my Firefox e-mail app had been downloading Lush notifications ok upto sometime on 19th Feb, then sometime after it auto updated. After that it for some reason began putting all the Lush notifcations into the 'Bulk e-mail' folder. After I re-trained Firefox that these 'wern't junk all appears ok again. Thanks alot biggrin
