Are “Followers” still notified of a story that is published. I have noticed a big drop off of readers after my story moves off the recent publications. (Page1 etc)
In the past I was getting comments up to weeks later which indicated some followers were reading well past the published date.
Last I heard that still wasn't working and was "on the list". Someone from the staff will have to confirm that, though.
Some of my regular readers tell me they aren't notified. And I'm not notified of all the authors I follow either ... just a few. I thought it helped if I unfollowed then refollowed, but it didn't make a difference with everyone.

Its sporadic. The development team are aware and are investigating.
