If your membership is up in a month do you have to wait for the month to be up or can you just renew it earlier.

I believe you can renew before the existing membership expires and it will simply add a further year on to the existing membership end date but maybe someone else will confirm that. Testing this today I went as far as my credit card details albeit I still have gold and would have thought at that stage the software etc. would have validated the renewal which supports my understanding.
