how do i find a members profile?

i have not found a way of searching for a particular members profile. ie if someone is wanting to chat and i wanted to see their profile page, how would i accomplish this task?

there is a search function at the top of the page, next to help - you can search members there smile

If you're getting a pop up chat window, you can click their username in the black box.
If you're in a chatroom you can right click the persons name in the name list to the right or use the action drop down menu to go to username's profile.

Wherever you see a person on the site you can click their username and it'll take you to their profile.
