Hey, I travel back and forth between two countries for work and I'd like to change my settings as per my current location. Anyone know how to change country settings? In my profile, I only seem to be able to change the town of residence with the US, and not US itself. Thanks.

You're in the right place. Unfortunately, there are multiple countries, cities, and towns that don't show up through the combobox. After exploring options that may help minutes ago, I can't even revert it to my town that had been previously available in the drop-down list.
Odd find though, if one types 'end of', one of the query suggestions is 'End of the first floor bathroom', located in San Francisco, CA. 😂

You can mention the other country in your profile description. Another option is to try using the actual or adjacent city, state, or province in the other country as an alternative geographical representation if that is for local match purposes. If you need more assistance, create a support ticket.
No to get activity feed from the country you're currently in, you need to change your country in location. But the location setting only allows you to change the town, not the country. Somehow country is locked in as the US but no window to show it or to change it.

I'm not sure I follow. In my perusal and understanding, the Activity Feed is the section where your friends and followed members activity is displayed, i.e., when they post a status, reply in a forum, etc. but it is not dependent on your profile's location. I see them from different continents. Thus, there is no need to change the country.
Can you tell me more what exactly you are trying to do? A screenshot of the page may help.

Sorry my bad, I meant the matches page you get after clicking on activity. It shows matches from your area.
