List of smileys shortcuts.

When I clicked on 'search', one of the items was 'FAQs', which seems to have disappeared. I wanted the shortcut to putting smileys in online messages. Where can I find it now, please?

The Help and Lush Contacts and Contact Us tabs can be found at the bottom of the Home page smile.

Thanks. Found it on the 'Help' page. Help page says "Have a question not covered in our FAQs?" But where are the FAQs? I'm sure they were included on the 'Search' drop down box. Thanks, John and Liz.

I am a little confused .. probably me so I apologise in advance. When you select Help you are presented with the FAQ's across the various categories. Thats the same page one got from the old tab.
