I recently got a message asking me to change my email address. As I created the one I use specifically to match my Lush Stories profile, I am reluctant to do this.

I had a similar experience earlier in the week when I received a message asking me to verify my email address. Which I tried to do but couldn't.

I have (or had) an issue where I have not been receiving emails from LS since last November. I raised a ticket, and John sorted it out later that day. 😊

So this is what happens. If the site attempts to send an email to a members specified private email address, and that fails, we alert the member that for whatever reason we are unable to send you mail messages and request that you change it. This typically occurs when a member flags a message from the site, successfully received, as spam and thus we become blacklisted. In this scenario the member needs to check their email settings/contacts to ensure site emails are permitted.
