Hello
When I click on a notification that says a friend has made a new forum post, I get redirected to the login page and cannot see said forum post. Is this a common issue?
Thank you kindly

It can be. Try logging out and then logging back on. And sometimes you’re not really logged out and just cklicking on somethng else like “forum” will get you back on track.
I have had this twice today. I get a "Someone has replied" message. I click it and go to it. I click "Reply" and am immediately bounced out and get this log-in page. I let the spinning banner thing go for several minutes and finally just closed it. I hit Log In and immediately get the "An Error..." message, then the page refreshes and I can see my avatar again, but I'm still on the log-in page.

It happens to me too, usually once a day in the evening UK time when the site gets busy or some background process kicks in and locks the site up for a short period.
It's most annoying, cos once you're on the login page you can't easily escape without editing the browser URL to get rid of /login and trying to load the site again.
Usually clears after a few minutes, and you are still logged in, but it's irritating. Haven't identified a root cause yet.
