How can I change my online status? The button used to be right next to mail but it changed and I am listed as offline. How can I change?

Point to your avatar in the top and from the menu choose Settings - More Options and then click Online Status. Not sure why you don't have the usual option, though, I see it.

While you're in your settings, you might want to try going to Settings and Privacy and turning this on. Not sure if that's the issue, though.
