Only friends can email you

I was just wondering, I have this checked so only my friends can email me.

I recently got an email from somebody I was friends with but no longer am. Shouldn’t I not see if we aren’t friends now.

Please advise.

some of the changes take a while to apply its possible this change hasn't been processed yet.
I'm not a friend of yours so I can try and send you a message to double check the lock is on.

Whatever was posted is always meant in love and respect never to offend.
I'm also highly likely to have posted this from a phone so there may be typos or odd word changes, auto correct can be a pain.

Ok I'm definitely blocked from mailing you, so the lock is on.
Some of the changes can take 24 hours to apply so maybe this person mailed you during this window.
Failing that you can try blocking them for a few days and then remove it.

This person hasn’t been my friend in years.

There’s no reason his email would come to me.
