Ordering a series

When I first posted “Riders” I had no idea it would become a series.  In fact when I decided to use the same protagonist in “Bad Girls” I still wasn’t thinking series.  Then I started “Initiation” and I realized i had a series. The problem is how do I arrange it so the series goes in order?  I tried to make changes and “Initiation” disappeared until a mod sees it.  So what do I do after the fact to make things work.  Part four is coming. 

I did this yesterday with the chapters of my novel. I had them linked but not as a series so they lost the linkage in the migration.

I edited the first story and created a series name. This didn't require mods to reverify it.

I then went to the second chapter. Clicked on edit and linked it to the series name.

I then worked my way through the chapters in the correct order.

And everything was linked.

Hope it works for you. I've no idea why your story needed mods to reverify it.

Oh snap! Of course I f'd this up. The 1st chapter of "the Ghostwriter" disappeared from the category after I hit submit adding my series. But ch 2 and 3 worked but are now the only 2 chapters showing under the series. Ch 1 has totally gone into the Twilight Zone. And it was my best chapter too! Grrrrr! Ironic it's a story about a ghost and my first chapter disappeared.
