Premium membership

I had a silver membership, ending today, 27 June. I was notified on the 20th and straight away I applied for a Gold. I found yesterday that I had neither, - I was classed as a non paying member, and today I find that no money has left my account to you.

Is there normally a delay in processing the transaction, or has something gone wrong and the process failed? I would like to put it right as soon as possible.

Hello CD ... soon after you used PayPal to make the transaction did you get an email confirmation of that?

We've had quite a few signups today, so there's nothing wrong on our end I believe.

If no money has left your account, it means your payment didn't go through.

Please can you try again. Paypal are the 2nd largest payment processor in the world, I've never known them to have issues before.

Thankyou for the lifetime bronze membership, but still trying to get gold. Tried again Saturday, put all the details in and pressed submit, but still no confirmation. I shall have to take it up with PayPal. Nil desprandum!
Success!!!! So long since I used Paypal, I think the card they had was out of date.

Thankyou for the Gold membership, but expire 2036? Very generous of you, but as I shall (would) be 120 by then, I very much doubt that I will be able to take full advantage of it. Still, I'll try! Thanks all.
