This has happened 3 or 4 days in a row. If I log out of Lush and close my browser (DuckDuckGo) it usually resolves itself. The question is why is this happening?

Well firstly I am not sure we support that browser. Can you try as a starter for ten clearing down your device/browser cookies, cache etc. reboot and see if that resolves the problem. If not, please try a different browser; suggest Chrome or Firefox.

Those are always my first steps - clear cache, clear history, then restart. This isn’t a constant issue, but it has happened at least once a day for the last few days. I’m on a Mac and typically use Safari. Over the last few months, I switched to DDG for privacy. If it’s not something y’all can fix, I'll learn to live with it and keep using DDG. Thanks John.

I have been using Duckduckgo since I joined. Have you tried refreshing the page? It always works on mine when I get similar results like 'no images' when I'm viewing someone's Public album or 'no stories' when there are from an author. These happen seldomly that I haven't considered submitting an enquiry.

So using Safari you didn't experience the problem? If so why not stick with that and adopt incognito mode/VPN perhaps.

I don’t remember it happening often with Safari, but it did on occasion. I kept getting advised by other Lush users to switch to DDG for better privacy. DDG doesn’t provide my ISP with any info about sites I visit, while Safari Private Window does.

I think I’ve tried that, but the next time it happens after I clear cache and history, I’ll try to refresh the page. Thanks for the suggestion, Mit.
