Sending or Accepting a Friend Request Logs Me Out

I as well as someone I was trying to connect with both had this problem today. I have seen it happen in two instances. One is I try to accept the Facility Admin FR and it logs me out. I log back in and the FR is still there pending. I tried to add another member today as a friend and when I clicked "+Friend" it logged me out. The person I was chatting with also tried this and had the same result. I tried several different browsers (Chrome and Safari) with the same result.
