Site Downtime

Hi folks,

I've been working with the host to try and get the site back up for the last few hours.

Apologies for the downtime.

I have asked Gav if he can get to the bottom of it first thing tomorrow. The site is only ever supposed to be down a maximum of 10 minutes before the servers reboot. That clearly didn't happen and it needs to be fixed.

Thanks for letting us know, Nicola.

This was different than other times, before I've had runtime errors, 503 errors and the Lush page telling me there's an issue and admin have been emailed.

This time it just timed out and nothing more.
Don't know if that helps.

Its just the AI telling you its time to write a story. Its a minor inconvenience; Lush is a great site. I get more down time at work and we spend millions on our IT systems.
