Some videos don't play

Some videos don't play for some reason. I have figured out any pattern but if a vid doesn't play once, it doesn't play at all.

So which day of the week are you trying to play them?

Fine... so please what happens when you try to play a video? Screenshots and as much detail as you can provide would be useful.

Nothing happens. Just a blank video. I'll try to remember to get a screenshot next time it happens.

Thanks. What you can try now is clearing down your device/browser cache, cookies etc. and rebooting. Failing that I suggest you try a different browser.
