The last was a link that looked so dangerous that I would no touch it.

This did not show up in my Lush box, but just in my regular email. I'm not sure how someone knew both since except for my friends nobody knows my actual email.

Is there someone at the site I can forward this message to? You might want to post a warning on the site telling people about this scam, or even better email everybody not to click on the link...

Hi Charlotte,

Please see this thread: https://forum.lushstories.com/yaf_postst69357_Sudden-Lush-Email.aspx

It's not spam or phishing. It's generated by the mobile site automatically.

When accounts from here were imported into the mobile platform at the start of the year, they weren't set up with the "receive site emails" set to no by default.

You can log in to the mobile site using the same UN / PW as you do on desktop, and turn off all those. I'm unable to do that for you I'm afraid, as it's account related.

Apologies for any inconvenience.
