I assume you dont have audio issues elsewhere or download problems and thus the issues are specific to Lush?
I've had similar problems. I usually have to do an elaborate workaround on my phone to get to hear the audio stories. Sometimes they work on the regular browser and sometimes, with no difference in browser, settings, etc., they don't. The result winds up being I don't bother with audio stories unless it's a story I particularly want to hear.
