Ordinarily, you point to your avatar at the top, Setting - More Options, the choose Blocked Users (something like that, may not be the exact wording). Once there, you can remove people from the block list. However, the settings seem to be messed up right now and I can't actually see Blocked Users right now. Probably related to the work Gav is doing so should be fixed before too long.
