Weird Login problem

For the last 2 days I have been having an odd problem every time I log into lush.

I find the homepage fine, and am able to type my username in. Then either one of 2 scenarios happens:

1. I am unable to type password in. It simply wont type into the password field. (Have tried on Chrome, Firefox and using tablet and phone browsers) I have been able to recreate this event.

2. The password does get typed in, however when I press enter or click login. The screen tries to load but instead of going to my homepage => "www.lushstories.com/stylisx", it simply tries to go to "stylisx" in the address bar...obviously giving a blank page.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. With option 2 i find it does actually log me into the site, however i have to re type www.lushstories.com

Not a major issue, but I am just wondering if I am the only one having this problem.

I came here to report this exact same problem as well (as described in point #2).

This only happens when trying to log in from the front page, with the side column (on the left).

Edit: I use Firefox, if that can be of any use.

I will have Gav pop in here and take a look. I have not had this issue at all, but it still needs to be addressed.

I have a very similar problem. I use an IPad so it may react differently than an IBM. It takes me several tries. The first few tell me that it's an "Invalid Address" and I've used the same link for over a year. What I found was that linking a story then trying to comment on it allows me to log in.

At the same time my usual 10MB down rate now takes a minute or two to go from one instance to another when I switch pages.

I also had one where every time the "You have to comment" window popped up that it would not accept anything. I'd have to shut down then re-attach to get back. That may have been fixed, I reported it a week or more ago.

Talk about withdrawal symptoms, whoa!

This should be fixed now. If there are any more issues please continue to post in this thread, I will monitor.

It isn’t fixed. This is Icarus4 and I have unable to sign in for 14 hours. When I was attempting to send a notification I was signed on from this area without profile name or password. This sign on issue has been reoccurring with me. I just attempted to sign on again and was not able to get a screen to do so. All of the buttons are frozen, no reaction whatsoever ever. Your prompt attention would be appreciated.

I use iPad and safari, I get loaded as far as the home page then it stops load half way and freezes, I can’t get any further. Lush loads with any other browser. I have cleared all safari history and websites. Still same issue trying to load lush? Can someone help

I have picked up your support desk ticket. Are you using Safari? If so can you please try re-installing that and advise thereafter if the problem persists. Thanks.

Sorry are you using an iPad and Safari? And if iPad what version if iOS please?

I use Safari on my iPhone 12, iOS 15.3.1 and have the same problem trying to login on phone.

For me, when I use to Lush through any APPLE device, it would always hiccup.

Now that I use my Samsung Tablets for Lush, no issues at all.

I think thats not the latest OS version. Perhaps you could install the latest and try again? I ask since another member today has gone back to try Safari and all is well #veryconfusedfacehere#.

Checked Lush through iPad pro and iPhone and everything is ok from my side.

As far as the reports of Safari not working on iOS devices is concerned, I understand from participating members in this thread, the problem is no longer apparent.
