I've noticed a few times now when I sign on to Lush, I no longer have my Gold emblem. I'm wondering where it's gone? It's not just me, NO one has it. I'm sure that we all didn't get it the same day. It reappears later on, so where does it keep going? Why do I keep seeing all these annoying adds?

The issues are caused by the latest software update for the database software we use. We updated it at the end of last week, to resolve issues we were experiencing with it before. Those issues have been remedied, however, the update has caused other problems
