Granted, but they make you sit at a blue plastic kid's table with yellow plastic chairs. You get a clown and some toys, but all the girls head off to go have some grown up fun while you're distracted.

I wish that I could brighten my friend's day today somehow.

Granted - you immerse half of your pickle body in a vat of liquid radioactive material, and glow so brightly it not only "brightens" your friend's day, but gives him/her a radiation burn.

Granted, but you don't have enough money for greens fees so you have to caddy instead.

I wish I had a farm in bluegrass country with a dozen top race horses, and that Kiki, Lola and Ginger managed the farm for me and gave me "treats" when I came to visit.
