My preference is naked. However due to circumstances WE live with my son providing care for our 2 grandsons. The two litte ones occasionally wake up in the night and like to join grandma and grandpa for comfort so we don't sleep naked.

Usually with a woman I would be naked but to be honest if I don't wear something like underpants it can be uncomfortable - my testicles can get wrapped around my leg in my sleep and I can crush them when I turn over in my sleep which can be painful. I would be interested in anyone else's thought regarding this.
