Thanks for the concern, my son's doing okay. And I'm suing the parents of the children (yes more than one) who tripped him and caused him to fall. The board was NOT happy with the incident, nor with the fact that this is NOT the first time I've had problems with these kids. Nor were they happy that the school had been informed of the problem, but has thus far done nothing.
He's being transferred to another school on Monday... at the board's expense.
