Kansas City BBQ.... but I actually make my own sauce (duh, right? LOL) and it is somewhere in the middle of the two. I make it in Sweet, Sweet and Spicy, and HOT.

Well BBQ is slow cooked.... many confuse "grilling" with BBQ. They are not the same. BBQ is low and slow. Grilling is fast and hot.

Depends, but normally salty... or naturally sweet, like fruits. But a good mix is best.
