So I'm dealing with a break up right now and its not like its the first one I've ever dealt with, but I want to get it right this time. I'm looking for some advice on two topics really.
#1 How to actually deal with the break up its self.
#2 How (and when) to find and enter the next relationship.
Thanks for your help in advance.
1. - Choose to not dwell on the past, but rather live in the present.
2. - Learn how to go with the flow. The minute you try to force anything, odds are you'll screw it up. Relationships should come naturally.

Good answers, Shads
1) Don't spend your time looking back at the window which just closed, you may not see who may be peeking in the open door, next to it.
2) I always spent some time alone, 'healing' from the previous relationship, before deciding I was normalized enough to allow myself to be discovered again.
I've never actively sought a long term relationship. They've always just - happened.
