Well there seem to be a few issues going on here! Firstly, the slight lack of interest in sex could mean that your boyfriend's sex drive had dipped a bit temporarily; could be beacuse he was tired, worried about something, not in the mood etc. But if this carries on for more than a short while, it could be that you just have a higher sex drive than him.
Secondly, it might be worthwhile gently exploring the idea that being asked for sex is not a turn on for him. Could it be that he feels pressurised to perform?
There seems to be quite a lot you guys need to talk about, but at the same time, your sex drive isn't going to fade away!
You could add to your collection of sex toys, and when in the mood, start some solo play. Your b/f may be intrigued enough to join in! After all the pressure will be off him that way! And either way, you'll get an orgasm!!
you might think of the possibility that sex when you are bleeding is not a turn on for him. i know i myself would be disgusted to have sex while i was in that time.

He may just be turned off on the whole subject of sex during that time of the month. But honest straight and direct discussion of the subject will certainly not make things any worse.

As a guy I am never eager to have sex when she is on her period. I usually love to do a lot of foreplay and oral first before we get to the intercourse and I just can't get into that when she is bleeding or spotting. Smells are different, etc. so I strongly prefer to wait. I am not a 'redwings' guy! I think I am a little anal retentive when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation in anything so I just am too squemish during that time.
