I was young..in my early 20's when I first heard the term: Pre-nups
What the fuck?
Am I jacked up...if I ask for you (her) to sign documents before we pledge our undying love to one another?
Or......am I jacked up, if I demand you to sign documents before we pledge our forever after love for each other?
Personally speaking - You are going to sign on the dotted line, or we can just fucking live together.
Why?
I got shit you don't want to be a part of.
How do you feel?
Yes or no or ... who the fuck cares? ( Where is the poll?)
The same GQP demanding we move on from January 6th, 2021 is still doing audits of the November 3rd, 2020 election.
never understood starting a marriage NOT trusting each other. doesnt that usually come later? wheres the poll..wheres my beer?
My general feeling is that each person should retain whatever assets they have prior to the marriage. Money/assets gained during the marriage should be split upon divorce.
Pre-nups suck (in theory) but are becoming a necessity if someone is significantly more well-off than the person they are marrying.
I would have no issue signing one or asking someone to sign one.
This thread needs more expletives.
Considering 46% of marriages end in divorce (in the US at least), it's becoming necessary to cover your ASSets.
I agree with DD, "Money/assets gained during the marriage should be split upon divorce."
i will do my pre nup pictorial and video by October as part of the tradition before the wedding its okay for me because i wanted my partner to be happy just to show to her my love as well
