This concludes our tale where, in the previous chapter, Lord Ragan had met Esmeralda, the busty barmaid wife of a tavern owner. The tavern owner, unable to provide a young woman for the Lord to bed that night, which was the custom, had to agree for the great Lord to take his wife to bed. Lord Ragan follows his wife upstairs after the tavern closes, and some surprising events occur.
