I'm a bit embarrassed to say this out loud but I need to ask this!

I'm single and I mostly masturbate. The issue is once I have an orgasm I don't want to do it anymore. No matter how many times I tell myself that I should or rather I want multiple orgasms but as soon as I reach my climax I just don't want to do it more. I have one hell of a sex drive but still. It's perfectly normal not to have multiple orgasms! Not everybody does. Everyone's bodies are different - they look different, they are wired differently. It sounds like you have got yourself into a bit of a flap (pun not intended) about this issue. But if your body is satisified with one orgasm, or indeed, can only cope with one, then personally, if you enjoy that one orgasm at a time, I can't see why it's an issue.

There are different techniques and exercises and toys that you could try, but nobody knows your body like you. Shouting at yourself and getting frustrated is a surefire way to make problems for yourself. I am sure there are many people who give you tips and tricks and things to try, but I would say, try not to worry about it, just enjoy masturbating. Read up on some masturbation techniques, maybe watch some porn, read some stories, etc, and just enjoy exploring your body for the fun of it, as opposed to trying to reach something that perhaps your body is not able to (at least for now).

In short, play with yourself, and enjoy it. Do not worry about what you cannot achieve. Instead, enjoy what you can, and have fun perfecting it!

All of the knowledgeable ladies above are exactly right. Don't fret if it's only one once you have achieved it. However, if you are bound and determined that you want to experience more than one, then set yourself up for success. Create an environment which will keep you stimulated and interested in another orgasm. Have your favorite vibe or dildo handy and within an arm's reach. Pull up a favorite photo or video that you find stimulating. After you have that climax, start reading another story in Lush or elsewhere that you will find titilllating.
