I did my best to find a the answer myself, but failed, so... to clarify - I understand that drugging is off limits, no problem there, but does that pertain to consensual drug use as well?

Consensual drug use is generally allowed, but you should probably wait for a mod to confirm that. It may depend on how you intend on using it in your story.
