How can we delete our online message history? as we are able to delete things from our inbox but i can't find the button to delete the Online section of messages.

I believe they are only kept for the last seven days..anything after that just deletes on it's own.

Correct, all online messages are purged after 7 days. Is there a need for them to be removed sooner?
