Edit friends list?

Any functions to edit our friends list? How do I remove friends if I don't want them anymore? What about the ability to re-arrange which avatars display in the "top 8" or whatever which are initially displayed? For example, I have a couple what I now realize to be "friend whores" who don't appear to participate anywhere on the site, how do I remove them?

Some MySpace/Facebook style functionality and control over our friends lists would be awesome.

If you go into settings, you can move your mouse over the user name in your list of friends and a list appears. On this list is a selection, one being delete friend.

As for rearranging, I have asked Gav about this in another thread. So fingers crossed.

Great idea Primal, although Nicola seems to be against making this more like myspace or facebook, I do agree that there are some functions that might be useful....this "top friends" idea may be one of them. biggrin

What makes you say that, because the majority of people here don't want 300 x 300 sig pictures?

I am all for any kind of feature that makes the site better / more useable.
