I just took a video of myself from iOS 7. It says file is empty and then freezes when trying to upload it. I sent the video to my windows computer and was then able to upload it. You can't upload videos from your iphone or ipad tablet using IOS 7, email the video to your pc and then you can upload it....
Hope Gav can fix this....
