Can we maybe have a menu drop down that shows only online friends ............
I love that you have the online button for who is online but it's a tiny pain to go thru your whole list to see who is on ......

Yes - it just pulls up the entire friend's list at the moment. It says I have 2 friends online at the moment, but clicking that list, there's no indication which ones are online, no green "online" indicator.

Yes, go to your settings page, and put your mouse over the person, a menu appears, in there is an option to remove.
It's a bit buggy, Gav is working on it. If you have 2 columns of friends, the left hand side column ones you can't do anything with, the pop up menu is too far away
It's on the to do list.
