We needed to add a few more links to the header / site navigation, and are currently in the process of redesigning it.
The "Help" button has been removed from the header, and is now in the front page footer (as it is for most large sites these days).
The home button has been removed. You can click the "Lush Stories" logo, to take you back to the home page. We might add back a house symbol in the header, to make things easier for people who are used to clicking the home link.
