Is the Random Story feature working for anyone else? I get the same story every time I click it. I've tried going from the home page each time, even logging out and clicking on it and it still gives me the same story. Its a good one and all, but I'd like to read something else.I really like the random feature. Maybe its already been reported, but I couldn't find it with a forum search.

Like Jerseylynn and Mistress of Words the number of scores on my stories have all changed.
I think they were right when the site first converted but then changed at some point after that.

I only just noticed I lost 20 votes on my bagoween story. The rest are the same as before![]()
UPDATE: Not even 8 hours later after I posted this, I lost another 15 votes on my first story

There is a reason for this. The old version of Lush recorded anonymous votes by recording a timestamp and an ip address, but not the actual score. When a score becomes stale (after a new vote), then the system needs to rebuild the story statistics. Unfortunatly the anon votes from v1 wont be counted as they have a zero score.
Make sense![]()

You'll have to make sure you write on EVERYONE's profile just so no one feels like they're missing out ;)
And come on - be honest - I bet you've had good nose around to see what your friends are saying on other profiles hahahah!

Makes sense, not happy as I didn't have big amounts of votes to begin with LOL, but I understand - just!
Does this mean that the no comments on all votes is now in place? I ask only because of the above and because I have noticed new stories lately with scores or 2 or 3 without the "Scored with a 2 because...." comment
Also noticed that when I filled out my location, it doesn't show up in the forums.

A comment is no longer required for a 2-3 vote (as per a thread a while back). You sill need to be a member though.

A couple people have expressed to me that they, and myself, do not like it that any of our postings on someone's wall or picture can be seen by all.
Actually after reading this, I believe there should be a little clarification (if I may LM)
What I think he is referring to is I can see what all of my friends are doing on my profile. Yes it's the usual stuff like commenting and scoring stories, however it now tells you that "X user" has posted a comment on "Y users" picture. Previously that was not a part of the information stream.
Hope that makes sense. For what it's worth this is amazing, so much faster!! Great job again guys thank you so much!
The details of my friends comments/posting wall pics, etc on their friends walls are things I do not need to know and my area is looking like .... well ..... that only 2 people do that alll day long and alllll night long. I rather just know who has updated their status and wrote/scored a story or published their own stories.
thanks

I've just been told my blog posts have been showing up as unreadable code...I've seen this mentioned before, but was not aware it was a widespread issue...
Just adding to the big "To-Do" list...I'll try not to let it happen again...![]()
