Please be aware that if you purchase a subscription it applies to the account that you have at the time of purchase. If you then delete that account you will lose any remaining balance of the subscription (this applies to the platinum subscription also). Changing the name of an account is fine and does not affect the subscription.
I don't think I would have bought a subscription if I knew you had to buy tokens for the webcams it's kind of misleading so I have to spend more money if I want to talk on the webcams it's bad business and I'm not happy and I should get a refund
