content immediately disabled/removed from lushstories.com
per DMCA law listed below.
As you provide Southern Charms content or a link to the
content in your service or on your server, and/or index the
content of Southern Charms, you are responsible for removing
the content and/or link.
We request that the following Southern Charms exclusively
licensed material posted on lushstories.com be removed. This
practice has cost us millions and we will not allow it to continue.
It is our intent to permanently remove Southern Charms
content from lushstories.com.
As you nor the participants of lushstories.com neither asked
for nor received permission to use Southern Charms images and
videos, nor to make or distribute copies, including
electronic copies of the same, you and they have willfully
infringed upon our rights under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et.
seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as
$150,000 as set forth in Section 504(c)(2) therein.
We request the posters be notified that their posts have
violated Southern Charms copyrights and must be removed immediately.
