I've never heard of Southern Charms. How would a person know if he posted something from them... 6 months ago? I've just been to their site for the first time so I've never directly posted anything from there. Is is possible I've posted an image from Tumblr or elsewhere that originated from Southern Charms? Sorry you're having to deal with this Nic.

It's possible people don't know they are posting images from Southern Charms, especially as they don't watermark most of them, from what I've seen.

There's one person who posts their stuff all the time, so he must know. He's been told not to post any more of their images.

Most sites would watermark their images and be happy with the free advertising.

Their legal team will track their images using the likes of tineye.

It's minor nuisance from an admin point of view.
