Top Authors amendment, New Authors box added

We've made some more site changes which hopefully meet everyone's approval.....(draws a deep breath).

Top authors list now shows authors with the highest average score for the month

New authors - the most recent 5 authors to join up and submit a story.

These measures have been implemented to encourage existing members to post their new material, as well as to help feature new authors.

We could add another batch of 5 names featuring top authors since the site's inception, but we don't to go overboard with name lists.

Will probably do away with the Join Lush box as well down the track. Pretty self explanatory how to, why and where to join already.

Any suggestion for improvements, as always, please fire across your feedback.

I very much like the changes and to see a much wider selection of writers being given page one treatment. Excellent ideas Lush. I'm all in favour

Just kiddin'.

It's a lovely, easy to use site. I think 'reads' and 'votes' could be shown on the 'My Stories' page for authors, so we don't have to click on each story to see, but other than that I think this site is very well put together. Haven't had one nasty email. Come to think of it, I haven't had any emails at all!
