I'm so delighted to see this story with a ribbon. Flynn is one of my favourite writers on this site and I'm constantly frustrated at how crap he is at self-promotion, lol.

This story can be read as a stand alone, although there are a few others in the 'apartment' series if this whets your appetite. It's hilarious. He's one of the very best writers who effortlessly combine humour and erotica. His characters are so real and he describes them so well, I guarantee you'll be attempting to speak with a Belarusian accent after reading this.

Misunderstandings, pretend sex, hilarious vocal masturbation sessions and some fast and explosive sex make this story an absolute winner in my book.

I should be pretty loaded up with "lush currency" after the holidays since that seems to be the gift of choice of my friends and family. I'll go on a spending spree here in the New Year!
