I would like to apply for the taste tester. Long deprivation and lack of exposure to decent cooking will offer non-biased, non-stuff-shirt, non-blase' but effusive feedback. Depth of experience and broad exposure - from Europe to the Orient, mess halls to grandma's - from mine to the sublime.
