I have a few favorites... but by far my #1 is Mint Chocolate Chip. I also enjoy Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (yummy!). One I loved that is no longer available (dammit!) was called After Dinner Mint. It was a mint ice cream with pieces of mint (like what you'd find in Andes Mints) mixed in. I bought the last two half gallons the store had and took it home. My roommate asked if her son could have some. I said he could have one bowl. The fucking kid at both my half gallons in two days and she wondered why I went ape-shit. No surprise she lost custody of the kid shortly after... and no... I didn't call CPS (I might have been pissed over my ice cream... but I'm not petty.) Turns out doing speed isn't a good mothering practice.
