PIZZA TOAST!

I can't believe I didn't find this as a topic already. Share your fav pizza toast recipe

LYF's PURRFECT PIZZA TOAST

Lightly toast a slice of whole wheat bread

Drizzle a little olive oil over BOTH sides of the bread spread with a knife if needed

Spread a thin layer of you fav pasta sauce on the bread

Add shredded mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle with fresh oregano

Add your fav toppings: mini-pepperoni, green & red peppers, red onion

Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top

Bake or broil for 8-10 minutes at 375F (can do on BBQ also)

(Experiment with toppings but cut your toppings smaller than a regular size pizza)

None of my recipes have measurements, I just wing it. Seems to turn out OK.

I've never heard of such a thing. Why would you even want to do that?

I like pizza toast because it's great when I'm craving a slice or two of pizza instead of a whole pizza.

I got my latest go-to recipe off a home-taught chef's , but it's garlic bread. If it's sliced thin, then I do a layer of cheese before the sauce so it doesn't get soggy. Mozzarella (duh), shit ton of pepperoni, classic marinara sauce, drizzle of honey, and fresh basil.

Just go to the store and buy a pizza ffs!!
