Just cooked a full meal in Indian style. Roasted chicken in tandoori seasoning, red lentil soup, and a tomato eggplant dish. It is one of the rare menus in our repertoire where I do the Lion's share of the cooking.

Cottage cheese onion bread. Two large loaves and a dozen rolls.

Cooked two and a half cups of rice with lentil peas a few days back. Before that I fried a whole chicken I cut into 15 pieces.
