Today I had 2 Bacon/Egg/Cheese Toaster Streudels, and One Wheat Muffin, with Cream Cheese. I used one of the Streudels, inside the Muffin, and made a McDonalds-style breakfast sandwich. Next time I'll use 2 Streudels, LOL. It was really good.

I'm still eating very healthy though. I just allow myself food like this to break the monotony.
My usual two eggs, bacon and hot coffee. I know nothing that a "Gourmet" would probally put together. But I not a Gourmet in the kitchen. !!!!!!
A Roll in bed with honey
A sausage and egg croissant and a bottle of OJ.
Raisin Bran with fat free milk and coffee.
Corn Chex in whole milk, buttered toast with apple jelly, a slice of watermelon, orange juice, and coffee.
1 egg over easy, 1 1/2 pieces of bacon 2 cups coffee and small glass of some type of juice
Oatmeal with blueberries
Canadian fucking bacon... Ironically, I actually do eat Canadian bacon quite a bit, however it certainly isn't a common delicacy in Canada. (And noone calls it Canadian bacon.) I'm actually the the only person I know that eats back bacon, I have since I was a teen. I used to have a calorie book and I constantly evaluated my nutrient and caloric intake. Canadian bacon and scrambled eight whites is my fave. I like to mix in some oniods and green peppers

I eat a pretty low calorie, high protein meal for breakfast.
